German onion prices slightly higher

As a result of a lively demand, especially as far as export to Eastern and Southern Europe is concerned, the prices for onions in Germany have risen somewhat. Yellow onions are between Euro 12 and Euro 14 per 100 kgs. (ex station). The price for red onions has remained stable at Euro 20 per 100 kgs.
